Board Member Opportunities

We are seeking dynamic and committed people to support the work of the ‘Centre for Applied Research and Evaluation International Foundation’ (Careif) and to make a positive contribution to our work at this challenging time of growth and development.

Careif is a registered charity whose mission is to advance and share knowledge of good mental health practice, while respecting and engaging with local and international cultures and traditions. We carry out his work through four main activity areas:

  • Learning and Teaching
  • Research & Evaluation
  • Volunteering
  • Exchange and Twinning

We work to improve the wellbeing of individuals and communities; and promote good mental health practice with young people through engagement with social, sporting and cultural activities.

We are keen to increase and broaden our board skills in the Legal, HR, Finance and Fundraising areas respectively; and most importantly, we wish to work with individuals who want to make a difference in our community.

These are both exciting and challenging roles within an organisation which values and respects other cultures and traditions.

Please note that these roles are on a voluntary basis

If you would like more information about the above positions please email Mrs Diana Bass at diana.bass@careif.org
