This course will be of special interest to someone who is involved in the improvement of care for people with mental disorders in settings with scarce mental health resources.
The course is structured in three parts and covers the importance of scaling up interventions for people with mental disorders, the methods to scale up interventions and the leadership skills required to do this effectively. Amongst others, four tutors who are members of the Lancet Global Mental Health Group will conduct this course. Guest resource persons and participant presentations will also be invited.
